The Art and Handcrafts market with music, puppet theatre and children’s entertainment

Will take place on the medieval streets of Gmünd on Saturday and Sunday, 4nd and 5nd August 2012 from 10.00am to 20.00hrs.

For many years the medieval streets of Gmünd have hosted the popular “Kunsthandwerksmarkt”. Being one of the original Art and Handcrafts markets of its sort the criteria remains that all wares are hand produced by the artists themselves. This is a truly wonderful market in colour, character and atmosphere. Wooden toys, utensils, decorative pieces, ceramics, pottery, stone, glass, silver, jewellery, leather and other materials are all used and created into wonderful works of art and craft. The children are also very well catered for with a special children’s theatre in the “Hintere Gasse”.
